Before TEEC – The Foundation

Long before TEEC was born, its experts were shaping the backbone of industrial progress across the MENA region. With over two decades of involvement in some of the most technically demanding projects — from ammonia and urea production to nitric acid and methanol systems — they became the go-to specialists for global EPCs, developers, and plant operators. While these engagements were often freelance and unbranded, they delivered consistent value by:

Before TEEC (1990–2011)

QAFCO Ammonia Expansion (1997) – Qatar

Process optimization support for a 1,900 TPD ammonia facility, contributing to the Gulf’s largest ammonia network

EBIC Ammonia Plant (2006) – Egypt

Engineering validation, risk control setup, and benchmarking for a 2,000 TPD greenfield plant.

Abu Qir Fertilizer Project (1990) – Egypt

Construction supervision, pre-commissioning, and performance testing for 3 integrated lines with UHDE and Norsk Hydro

EFC Urea & Ammonia Projects (2000–2004) – Egypt

Execution support across multiple phases, including detailed engineering reviews and mechanical completion

The Birth of TEEC (2024)
